Problem Note 54421: Time-shift for SAS® Customer Experience Analytics does not delete enough records
The time-shift functionality for SAS Customer Experience Analytics enables you to remove data from your data warehouse from a specified time period. The data for that time period can then be reloaded in order to apply additional rules or customizations. However, the data is not removed from the entire date range that you specify if you use a date range greater than one month. Some of the records from that time period are incorrectly left in the data warehouse.
